General order 68

General Order 37 is suspended.
Curfews are still in effect for all those who do not have proper travel papers. In the interests of restoring commerce and life to normality, as well as serve the needs of the occupation forces, the Gestapo and local gendarme will issue new identity documents allowing persons deemed not a threat to be out after curfew. Persons with improper papers, missing papers or violating their permissions will be punished.
Murder of a German is punishable by death.
